This notice applies to the public pages on izhiquan.com. Information handled under a specific professional engagement may be subject to additional confidentiality and data-handling terms stated in the relevant documents.
2. Online inquiry form
The Contact page collects the information you choose to provide, including name, work email, organization, country or region, role, matter type, known deadline, public right or application number, relevant party names and a non-confidential summary. The information is used to route and review the inquiry, conduct an initial party or conflict screen, contact you and identify the next information required.
3. Form processor and notifications
The inquiry form is delivered through FormSubmit to peter@izhiquan.com. FormSubmit may receive the submitted fields and technical data needed to transmit, secure and record the submission, and states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. FormSubmit's own service terms and privacy documentation also apply to its processing.
4. Contact by email or telephone
The website also provides direct email and telephone links. When you use those channels, information is handled through the communication services used by you and the recipient. Begin with a concise, non-confidential description, party names and the earliest known deadline.
5. Website operation
Hosting and network infrastructure may process technical request data needed to deliver, maintain and protect the website, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error or security logs.
6. Cookies, preferences and external links
The website may store a display preference in your browser. External government or reference links are governed by the destination operator’s own privacy practices. This notice will be updated if analytics, advertising or additional tracking is introduced.

The form has no file-upload field. Do not paste confidential contracts, unpublished technical material, complete evidence packages, identity documents, credentials, bank information or privileged communications into the message field. A conflict check, recipient and appropriate transfer method should be confirmed before sensitive files are provided.
8. Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed to review the request, maintain service and security records, comply with applicable obligations or manage a later engagement. You may ask about information already submitted, request correction or raise a deletion question by contacting peter@izhiquan.com. A request may require identity and record verification.
9. Annuity inquiries
The public annuity page describes a human-verified service. It is not connected to a public account, payment gateway or live official database. Patent information submitted through the form or sent by email will be reviewed only within the requested service process.
10. Changes
We will revise this notice if the website introduces analytics, a client account, a different processor, a payment function or another material information-handling feature.
